1. Delivery Areas & Schedule
- Service Areas: We currently deliver world Wide
- Delivery Days: Orders are processed and dispatched everyday
- Processing Time: Most orders placed before 10:00 AM will be processed for next-day delivery. You will receive a confirmation once your order is out for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 per order.
- Weight-Based: For bulk orders, shipping is calculated based on total weight at checkout.
- Free Shipping: We offer free delivery on orders over $500.
3. Handling of Perishable Goods
To maintain the cold chain and ensure food safety:
- Packaging: All fresh or frozen poultry is packed in insulated containers with gel ice packs to maintain optimal temperature during transit.
- Immediate Storage: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery. Products must be refrigerated or frozen immediately upon arrival.
- Safety Disclaimer: Bioland Poultry is not responsible for spoilage if the package is left unattended or unrefrigerated after a successful delivery.
4. Delivery Procedures
- Unattended Deliveries: If no one is home to receive the order, our courier will attempt to call you / leave it at the doorstep at your risk / return it to the hub for a re-delivery fee.
- Address Accuracy: Please double-check your delivery address. We are not liable for lost orders due to incorrect address information provided by the customer.
5. Live Poultry & Hatching Eggs (If Applicable)
- Live Arrival Guarantee: We offer a 24-hour live arrival guarantee on chicks. You must report any losses with photographic evidence within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.
- Shipping Stress: Please note that shipping can be stressful for live birds. We recommend having your brooder ready immediately upon arrival.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email notification] with the estimated arrival time or a tracking link if applicable.
7. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the packaging is significantly damaged or the product is compromised, contact us immediately at
