- Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail or phone number provided.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Perishable Goods: Given the nature of poultry products, it is the customer’s responsibility to be available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
- Delivery Risks: Bioland Poultry is not responsible for products that spoil due to a customer’s failure to retrieve the package promptly upon delivery.
- Geographic Limitations: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Perishable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, perishable poultry products cannot be returned. * Defects or Errors: If you receive an incorrect or damaged order, you must notify us within 12–24 hours of receipt. We will evaluate the situation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or credit.
- Live Poultry: We do not guarantee the health of live birds after 12-24 hours of delivery

The content, logos, images, and text on this website are the intellectual property of Bioland Poultry. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, or sell any portion of the website without express written permission from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
Bioland Poultry shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, lost profits or replacement costs, arising from your use of any of our products or services.
